Sigma Emerging Leaders Forum is an annual forum for collegiate and alumni members, current and aspiring chapter presidents, state, regional and international officers. The Forum is a year-long program that includes virtual events and two face-to- face forums. The program focuses on reducing leadership variances and standardizing leadership behavior. The first meeting of the Sigma Emerging Leaders Forum Cohort II Class begins in January 2013.
